1、三回程結構:WNS××-××一Q(Y)系列全自動燃氣燃油蒸汽鍋爐，均采用波形爐膽、煙氣三回程、全濕背結構。燃料在爐膽內微正壓燃燒，高溫煙氣沿爐膽向后經回燃室進入第一煙道管束，經壓迫式前煙箱轉折180°進入第二管束，經過對流換熱后排入大氣。利用中心對稱的三回程結構設計思想，設計容量較大的三回程蒸汽鍋爐。這種鍋爐最大的特點是:所有的受壓元件與鍋筒中心對稱，鍋爐采用全濕背式結構，以極大的內筒和偏心火箱的結構，其有利于提供足夠的輻射受熱面。而對流受熱面有第二回程和三回程的管束構成?；厝际仪肮馨迮c爐膽對接連接，回燃室后管板與筒體后管板采用后拉撐相連。第二回程和第三回程轉煙室構成了前煙箱，此處出煙煙溫已低于500C。因此，前煙箱的結構采用輕形結構的耐火保溫材料。這種鍋爐的設計主要考慮了鍋爐的檢修和穩定性的原則。鍋爐給水進口處設置的混水裝置，給水線沖刷煙管管束，再接觸爐膽，提高了給水接觸爐膽的水溫。避免了局部產生過冷沸騰的現象。蒸汽鍋爐達到最大的激化空間，加之使用合理先進的汽水分離裝置，主蒸氣品質相當穩定
